Pratiyul -Interactive Website
The website was developed with the aim of raising awareness to online privacy, empowering individuals (teens at the age of 14-17) in the aspect of controlling personal and sensitive information and assisting them with the needed critical safty approach to technologies and their influence. The project was developed for the Ministry of Justice's Privacy Protection Authority. For the benefit of adjusting the site to the youth, we characterized the design, the learning interactions and the user interface to create a rich, meaningful learning process for the learner. The site invites the participants to take a "walk" in five information stations, accompanied by video and graphic illustrations. Each information station is a chapter on the flowing topics: digital life, risks to privacy, privacy and socialization, social rankings, and tips on avoiding privacy violations. In order to encourage teens to learn, they can test their knowledge in interactive gamified tests at four stations.
